Konnect Ministry
Corinthians 5:18 says, “Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.”
To reconcile is to connect. God connected us back to Himself through Jesus. He then gave us all the ministry of reconciliation; a ministry to connect a lost and hurting world back to Him. The Word of God also tells us in James 1:27 that pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this; to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.” Konnect ministry was birthed out of Morgan Ministries & The Feed Store Churches desire to see people connected to God. It is our vision to reach beyond the walls of the church to help people in need. Konnect creates a unifying of the body of Christ, reaching out toward our communities in a relevant way to reveal the love of God to others. We feel it is important to minister to the household of faith first, then to our communities and to those in need. We have gathered tools, trailers and volunteers and are looking for opportunities to serve people in our communities through practical services of painting, home repairs, wood splitting and more. La Veta Rodeo Bible Camp
La Veta Rodeo Bible Camp is a yearly outreach camp designed to reach 12-18 year olds with a special interest in rodeo events and shooting sports. The camp has been reaching youth for over 20 years. For more information about this unique local mission event please see www.lavetarbc.com.
Sean & Rebecca Cannon of Mission Aviation Fellowship
Our longtime friends and church members, Sean & Rebecca Cannon, are serving Christ in Indonesia through Mission Aviation Fellowship. We have partnered with them in their vision to reach the people of Indonesia through Sean’s work as a pilot and Rebecca’s work as a teacher. They have been able to reach people with the gospel of Christ in the most remote areas of the country.
